Return Policy
How do I return or exchange merchandise purchased online?
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, send it back to us. We'll be happy to make an exchange or issue you a refund for the original price paid when the item is returned to us by the "Return by" date.
The "Return by" date is 10 days after you receive the order (please know, we track all packages and will remain firm on these dates). Refunds are issued in the original form of payment.
If you make a return after 10 days but prior to 30 days of receipt of your order, you will receive a merchandise exchange or credit for the original price paid. The merchandise credit may be used online or in our Port Jefferson location.
Jewelry Returns
Jewelry may be exchanged for Merchandise Credit ONLY. We regret we can't offer refunds for jewelry purchases. The gold tag affixed to the piece of jewelry MUST be intact and in its original position.
Jewelry must be returned within 10 days of receipt. We will not accept any returns of jewelry after 10 days have passed.
Returns or Exchanges to our Brick and Mortar Store
You may return an online purchase to our brick and mortar store, located at 211 Main Street in Port Jefferson. Just be sure to bring your invoice and the credit card you used to pay for your order. Return your merchandise on or before the "Return by" date -- 30 days after your purchase date -- and you'll receive a refund/exchange/credit in the manner listed above.
We will not accept a return without the original invoice/packing slip.
Sorry, we cannot refund shipping & handling charges.
Sale items, special orders and personalized items are final sale only.
Items must be in their original condition and packaging, unused and resalable. If they are not, the return may be refused or an appropriate restocking fee will apply.
Gift Returns
Did you get a gift that's the wrong size or color? You can send it back to us and receive a merchandise exchange or credit for the same value. Don't worry, we won't tell the gift giver!
Just bring in your gift receipt or invoice, and a merchandise exchange or A Gift of Faith Gift Certificate will be issued for the original price paid.
